COAST warranties its COAST knives, tools, COAST LED Flashlights/Headlamps and ZITHION-X AA/AAA Batteries to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the original purchaser. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, nor damage resulting from misuse or neglect. Warranty does not cover batteries and charging accessories (or damage caused by either). Non-ZXAA or ZXAAA Batteries or damage caused by batteries (i.e. leakage) is not included in the guarantee.

Where to buy

Illuminate your surroundings with the EAL40R rechargeable lantern, designed for maximum versatility and brightness. At its peak, it delivers an impressive 2500 lumens, ensuring complete coverage of any area. Use the Color Shift™ zone selector switch to effortlessly toggle between light modes: warm low, warm medium, warm high, cool low, cool medium, cool high, red, and red flashing.

Carry the EAL40R with the foldable handle or hang it with the integrated carabiner. The COAST Rechargeable Plus system powers the lantern with the included ZX740 ZITHION-X™ rechargeable battery, which recharges via a USB-C in/out port. It can also run on six AA alkaline batteries (purchased separately). Stay informed with the battery life and charge indicators, and use the USB-C port to recharge other devices when needed.

Built from top-grade materials, the EAL40R is IP54 water-resistant and dust-resistant, backed by the COAST lifetime warranty. Whether for camping, emergencies, or outdoor activities, the EAL40R is your ultimate lighting solution.
